Grant-Mills Inducted into American College of Dentists
WASHINGTON - Dr. Donna Grant-Mills, associate dean for student affairs and admissions in the Howard University College of Dentistry, was recently inducted into the American College of Dentists.
The American College of Dentists is comprised of dentists who have demonstrated leadership and made exceptional contributions to dentistry, the dental profession and society. It also recognizes one’s ability to offer new insights and directions for dentistry and oral health. Fewer than 3.5 percent of dentists are invited to be members.
The College of Dentistry at Howard University was established in 1881. It is the fifth oldest dental school in the United States. Graduates are currently serving communities in 40 states and 53 foreign countries.
