Ghulam Abbas, MD
Community and Family Medicine

Dr. Abbas graduated from Allama Iqbal Medi cal College Lahore Pakistan. He served as a research Assistant at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and published articles on liver diseases. He completed his Family Medicine residency from Howard University Hospital department of Community and Family Medicine in Washington, DC. He is a board certified physician in Family Medicine and currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Howard University Hospital. His key interest is prevention and cure of chronic medical conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, high cholesterol and Hepatitis.

Oladunni Filani, MD, CAQSM
Primary Care Sports Medicine

Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Filani received his medical degree from University of Ibadan Nigeria and sports medicine degree from University of Maryland. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Howard University Hospital and fellowship trained in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Filani specializes in sports pre-participation physicals, management of medical illnesses in athletes, concussion evaluation and treatment, and evaluation of acute musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Filani also serve as team physician for Howard University.

Autumn Burnette, MD, FACAAI
Allergy and Immunology

Dr. Burnette serves as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Howard University.She received her medical degree from Meharry Medical College and completed her residencies at Tulane University and University of Virginia. She is board certified in allergy and immunology and did a fellowship at the University of Virginia.
